The app is terribly lagging.

I downloaded the alliance reserve app on my phone because I couldn't constantly trade on my computer... but it FREEZES A LOT. It keeps crashing, and there are frequent slippages and requotes. I have no idea how to trade and make a profit in this situation, and it's causing other programs on my phone to lag as well.

Where did they get my number from?

I'm an experienced trader and I'm not interested in scams like alliance reserve, but they keep calling me anyway. They must have found my number somewhere. I even hang up right away when I see that it's them calling again. Not trustworthy !

At first this broker was great but two of my account managers dropped me without warning and now I can’t withdraw any of my money !!!I tried to contact them via email and I’ve gotten nothing back,they have no phone number just useless emails . If you’d asked me 3 weeks ago I would have given them 5 stars. I’ve only been doing this since beginning of September and with only a small amount of money I’ve been impressed on what I could do. I’ve been working hard to get together more to invest as I definitely see value. I had been talking with my financial advisor multiple times a week and the education was phenomenal for a beginner, and easily understood. Unfortunately I’m 3 weeks now with no contact and I was given instruction not to do things without talking with them first. Being new I don’t know whether I should follow what we’ve been doing or whether I should just withdraw my money. I’ve made money which is great but I was promised great things by this company. Unfortunately I can only give 1 star right now but will update if things change.

I am trading with Alliance Reserve, and so far I have no issues, although I haven't tried withdrawing my money yet. But they are already telling me to actively invite friends using the referral link. There's nothing good here, really.

These Alliance Reserve guys keep claiming that their training is the best, and their platform is the coolest. Supposedly, that sets them apart from all the other brokers. But in reality, their platform constantly freezes, and their educational materials state the obvious. Even the manager gives advice that doesn't always work. Overall, there are no benefits. If I weren't such an inexperienced newbie, I wouldn't even bother registering here.

Because of them, my family is facing financial problems.

We literally gave Alliance Reserve several thousand dollars! We started trading with a small amount, and then they repeatedly suggested that we deposit more funds to not miss out on profitable deals... At first, we believed them, but when we tried to withdraw our money, they told us that we needed to deposit more funds in order to make a withdrawal... That's when we realized that we were being deceived.

All this talk about round-the-clock tech support from alliance reserve is a lie. In the beginning, alliance reserve may seem kind, good, and always available. But as soon as it comes to answering even a basic question about the platform, they disappear. It's terrible.

So, let me tell you what's wrong with Alliance Reserve. Firstly, the age of the domain. They claim to have been in business for 20 years, but how do they explain that the domain was only created in 2022? Secondly, the lack of a license and proper registration. The broker talks about their honesty and transparency, but nowhere is it mentioned where they are registered, and only in the user agreement do they mention offshore St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Thirdly, in the documents, it's also mentioned that the broker disclaims responsibility. Moreover, videos from a completely different company are uploaded in the education section. And these are not all the problems.

I have some evidence that they are scammers.

This company has deceived several of my friends. The sequence of actions by Alliance Reserve was as follows:
1) They called multiple times and convinced people to open an account. They gained trust and persuaded them to invest more.
2) After registration, each person is assigned a personal manager.
3) The clients were advised on trades, but all of them resulted in losses.
4) When the traders wanted to withdraw their funds, the money did not arrive. The scammers did not provide any explanation, even though everyone wrote to customer support.
The deceived individuals want to file a collective complaint, but they are unsure if it makes sense.
